I, the authorized credit card user, give Magical Universe Getaways, LLC and its representative express authorization to charge my credit card for the purposes detailed above. I understand that this form constitutes a legally binding contract and that by submitting this form, I will be held responsible for all agreed upon charges as well as any and all collection and legal fees. By submitting this "Credit Card Authorization" form, I (cardholder), acknowledge receipt and understanding of its contents. Note: Your card will not automatically be charged by completing and submitting this form; however, completing and submitting this form does give the agent the right to charge the card for the amount and purpose authorized above.

Client has read, understood, and accepted the conditions below detailed in the Magical Universe Getaways LLC Agreement. Client understands and accepts that Magical Universe, LLC, acts as the agent (not the principal), subject to terms and conditions of all its suppliers (airline, hotel, cruise, train, any other transport, tour operators, and all other travel suppliers); understands and accepts that cancellations are nonrefundable (without cancel-for-any-reason insurance when available and purchased by Client or without travel insurance for covered reasons when available and purchased by client); and understands and accepts that change fees will apply.
