Magical Universe

I am a Type A person who has to have a plan- especially when it comes to vacations. Yes, I am *that* person. But my eyes glazed over when I looked at everything that needed to be done for my family and I to have an amazing vacation at Universal Studios Orlando. I mean- it was so much! I didn’t know where to start. I turned to Suzanne and I am SO THANKFUL I did. Suzanne listened to what our likes and dislikes were, we told her our budget and she was off! It took such a load off of me, I could NOT have planned that trip myself. Suzanne presented us with amazing packages- all we had to do was choose! She took care of the rest! The booking, the scheduling- EVERYTHING. I highly recommend Suzanne Prevost! Choose her and you will not be disappointed!!

Who travels during a pandemic? We did! And so did many, many of our millions of best friends. At least that’s the way it seemed when we arrived in Orlando, FL for a week of sunshine, warmth, and theme park fun. Suzanne was with us from the inception of the plan for a surprise Disney/Universal trip as a Christmas gift for our three kids (ages 11, 9, and 9). She worked with us to secure the very best prices for daily admission tickets, helped us know all of the options for each park, and generally guided us with her expertise towards a vacation plan that flowed with our family’s vibe. Fast forward to our first day at Universal Studios. Yikes. Despite having early admission, the lines to get in to the park stretched all the way back through the parking garage! We were able to be let in, but wait times for the most popular rides soared past 210 minutes and the less popular rides were hovering around 65 minutes each. That day we left feeling defeated and having only ridden one ride. 😥 Our second day was spent at the Magic Kingdom (Disney) and to our surprise everything went very, very smoothly. Yet as we were waiting in short lines and being carefully spaced apart by mask wearing cast members, a feeling of unease was with us. We had opted to do two days of Disney parks and spend the remaining 3-5 days at Universal Studios. We couldn’t imagine fighting the crowds and being able to buoy the spirits of three eager boys while waiting in such long, long lines. As if summoned by the universe, Suzanne texted to check in on us. She listened to our concerns and said, “Hang on, I’ll work on some ideas and get back to you.” Sure enough, within an hour she had come up with a plan that enabled us to get two full days of Express Passes for Universal Studios which would insure much shorter wait times and guarantee we could experience even more each day. We were sold! It may seem like a small thing, but to our family, Suzanne’s brilliance and gentle guidance along the way really helped to shape our trip into the very best family theme park vacation we had ever taken. We were skeptical about using a travel agent for such a simple trip, but the benefits of having a knowledgeable advocate such as Suzanne proved worth it over and over again. We highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to Disney or Universal that you reach out to Suzanne for help. She is a treasure trove of helpful, practical advice and simply a wonderful human being to work with. Five stars!
